Company Background
MALONEY AND BELL,
GENERAL CONTRACTORS, INC. was chartered as a California Corporation in
November 1981 by Robert A. Bell and John H. Maloney. The company was
restructured in 1986 with Robert A. Bell assuming sole ownership.
MALONEY AND BELL, GENERAL CONTRACTORS, INC. OF CALIFORNIA was chartered as
a California Corporation in 1996 by Robert A. Bell and Michael C. Blixt,
and Steve Kuhs was added as a shareholder in 1997.
In 1998, MALONEY AND BELL purchased CPMC – Commercial Properties
Maintenance Construction. Ownership of CPMC has allowed our company the
ability to provide a broad range of maintenance construction services to
our clients on an on-going and on-call basis.
