We offer a flexible Cafeteria Style benefits program with an array of
benefit choices. Many choices can be purchased on a pre-tax basis, reducing your taxable
income. Maloney and Bell subsidize the cost of the benefit program by providing
benefit dollars which can be used to help pay for your elected benefits.
