Citrus Heights Terrace
is an new senior
citizens' assisted living facility that can accommodate as many as 45
residents. Maloney and
Bell
performed full design-build services for Cimino Holdings, the owners of
assisted living facilities in Sacramento and the San Francisco Bay Area.
The outdoor courtyard and garden pathways provide convenient sitting areas
for visiting and for enjoying fresh air, sunshine and the shade of large,
well established trees.
