Ray Stone, Inc. added a 42 unit, 32,700 square foot, three-story wing to their existing Campus Commons Retiremant Apartment building. Maloney and Bell provided design-assist services for this project in Sacramento, CA.
The expansion wing was attached and matched to the original building so artfully that, except for the balconies, it is hard to tell the difference between the old and the new. Indoors, the expansion wing includes bright new lobby/meeting areas, a spacious exercise room, four computer stations, laundry facilities, and a third floor outdoor terrace overlooking an adjacent golf course.
