Description
UCD Medical Center is currently in the process of preparing four entirely unused floors of the new Davis Tower Building for build-out and occupation. An early phase of the build-out process involved the flattening of the entire floor space for the 5th, 10th, 11th and 12th floors of the building - coming to about 97,000 square feet.
The process was accomplished by preparing the "raw" flooring by bead-blasting, and then priming the entire space for the final application of a self-leveling material.
