Description
Maloney and Bell did the site work and built a new Taco Bell Restaurant near the busy intersection of Sierra College Boulevard and Douglas Boulevard in Granite Bay, CA.
This particular Taco Bell is unique, in that it is the first to be designed without the characteristic Taco Bell bell-shaped curve in the structure. This building is 2,320 square feet, and is part of Phase 1 of a three-phase, ground-up, retail strip center.
The other part of Phase 1, is the adjacent 3,597 square foot building that is now being occupied by Quiznos Restaurant and retail shops.
