Supervision
Maloney and Bell General Contractors, Inc. of California maintains
Experienced Personnel and the most updated Communication and
Record-Keeping Methods as primary elements to assure effective supervision
of construction projects.
Experienced Personnel
Maloney and Bell hires, and is always on the lookout for, the most
qualified people available for its staff and field positions. In an
industry that is accustomed to frequent turn-over in personnel (especially
field personnel) our company has been able to keep its employees – some
for an unusually long time. For example, one of our Project
Superintendents has been with Maloney and Bell since it first opened in
1981. Others have been here for as many as 8 to 15 years.
In general, we have 3 – 4 Project Managers, 9 Project Superintendents, and
a full time, in-house Architect. We are fully (but efficiently) staffed
with administrative personnel.
Through years of experience staffing simultaneous construction projects,
we have developed the skills necessary to utilize our employees
efficiently – to meet the needs of our clients, and fulfill the needs of
the project.
Communication and Other Capabilities
It is the policy of our firm to utilize and incorporate the most updated
technology, methods of construction and methods of communication available
for the time. Our capabilities include but are not limited to:
• CADD capabilities
• E-mail communications
• Digital cameras at each job site
• Laptop computers at each job site
• Relationships with quality Architectural and Engineering firms
• Networked accounting and project management software systems

• Our separate Triamid Construction of Central California, Inc.
division is available for smaller on-call maintenance-construction
services on a 24/7 basis.
